Exposing the "in
a rage" domestic violence excuse: The abuser very often escalates from pushing and shoving to hitting in places where the bruises and marks will not show.
If the abuser were truly "out of control" or "in a rage" he or she would not be able to direct or limit where punches land.

oh, my goodness... you're here! i was just saying to ang last week how i hadn't talked to you in ages.
i bought a car today!! an '07 Altima. i'm so excited, i can't stop grinning. i should be able to pick it up by Saturday because they're adding a sunroof and a spoiler.
